Returns for Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product (e.g., cracked or broken items), we will replace or refund the product. To process a return for a damaged item, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us at support@shopmalloutlets.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide necessary details along with photographic or video evidence of the damage.
3. If the packaging is damaged, please send a photo before opening the box for fair assessment.
4. Once we review your claim, we will determine the best solution, whether it be a replacement or a refund.
Please Note:
• We securely package all items, but minor dents or scuff marks may occur during shipping. These are not considered damage.
• Certain products (such as palettes) may have a light dusting on the exterior—this is normal and does not qualify for a return.
Customer Order Returns
We accept returns for customer orders under the following conditions:
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned orders.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund minus the restocking fee. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Important: Orders returned due to an incorrect shipping address or unsuccessful delivery attempts will not be eligible for a refund.
