Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
A valid order number or proof of purchase is required
Items marked Final Sale, Clearance, or Non-Returnable are not eligible
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless due to our error

Send the item back using a trackable shipping service
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be initiated

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed via Stripe, our secure payment partner. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your original payment method after return approval.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
