Customer Orders - Flat Rate Shipping

North America: $3.99

UK and France: $7.99

Rest of EU, Asia, South America, and Africa: $12.99

Oceania: $18.99

 

Sample & Inventory Orders

Shipping is dynamically calculated based on the weight of the order. Additional shipping charges may apply after order placement. If adjustments are necessary, our team will contact you with an updated invoice before shipping.

 

Shipping Times

We work hard to ensure your orders reach you as quickly as possible. Below are our estimated shipping times:

 

North America: 3 - 5 business days*

Global: 5 - 14 business days

Australia & New Zealand: 7 - 22 business days

*For remote locations, additional transit times may apply:

• 5 - 8 business days: Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, Remote Northern Ontario, Remote Northern Quebec, Alaska, Hawaii.

• 7 - 11 business days: Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut.

 

These delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, and customs clearance.

 

Expedited Shipping

For faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping. If you would like to upgrade your shipping option, please contact us at support@shopmallclub.com before placing your order.

International Shipping & Customs

 

When shipping internationally, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing. While we strive to minimize these delays, customs clearance procedures are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience.
